We operate independently and WCG trustees work fisabilillah, "For the sake of Allah". The resources of the organisation are accrued through our membership annual subscription. The guiding beliefs or ideals of our organisation is based on "Mercy" and assisting our community. The elders whom first settled in this country wanted to help struggling families to repatriate their loved ones to Pakistan after they had deceased. We are all aware that this can be a burdensome tribulation and at this time having the additional help towards the expense of repatriation or burial for families is a Blessing. Thus, the founders, May Allah swt accept their efforts formed WCG putting it into motion and nearly five decades later, we are Blessed to be able to serve our community through the Mercy of Allah swt. WCG is responsible for its own management having our own trustees whom oversee its function according to WCG rules and its constitution. More recently we have formulated a "Shura" (consultation group) that is overseen by an "Amir", (Chairman). We decide which services to provide according to the rules published by WCG , serving the needs of our membership in Birmingham and further afield. It is "always" our intention to follow The Holy Quran and The Sunnah of Our Beloved Prophet, ( Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him).
